How do you handle confidentiality?
We sign an NDA and work under a formal engagement agreement. The embedded resource operates under the same confidentiality obligations as any member of your team. We never share client information across engagements.
Can we extend or reduce the engagement mid-term?
Yes. We build flexibility into the engagement structure. Extensions are straightforward. Reductions or early exits are governed by notice periods agreed upfront — typically 30 days.
