Going live is not the finish line. We make sure your legal team actually adopts the platform — through role-based training, structured change management, and hands-on support through the critical first months.
Most implementations fail at adoption, not at go-live. The system works. The people don’t use it. They revert to email, shared drives, and Word templates because nobody invested in showing them how the new tool actually makes their day easier. We fix that. We design training programs around how each role in your legal department actually works — not generic click-through tutorials. And we build the change management layer that keeps adoption from slipping six months after launch.
When do you come in? We typically start during the final phase of implementation, so training is ready at go-live. We can also step in post-launch if adoption is stalling.
How long does the program run? The core training phase runs 4 to 8 weeks. Adoption monitoring and reinforcement support continues for 3 to 6 months post-launch.
Do you train the IT team too? We focus on legal users and legal management. For system administration and technical training, we coordinate with the vendor’s team.
Different roles need different things. A General Counsel needs to understand reporting and governance. A contract manager needs to own the workflow end to end. A power user needs to configure and maintain. We design a separate track for each.
Dashboard and reporting navigation, KPI visibility, governance oversight. Short, focused sessions built around decision-making — not system mechanics.
End-to-end workflow training: contract intake, review, approval, execution, and renewal. Practical, hands-on sessions using your actual templates and processes.
Advanced configuration, template management, workflow editing, and user administration. These are the people who keep the system running after we leave.
Not a training track but the layer that ties everything together. We track adoption metrics, identify resistances early, run reinforcement sessions, and adjust the program based on real usage data.
They run a two-day training, hand out a PDF guide, and call it done. Six months later, half the team has reverted to their old process. The platform gets blamed. The real problem was never the platform.
We stay in the program long enough to see adoption actually stick. We track usage metrics, identify who’s struggling before it becomes a pattern, and run reinforcement sessions when momentum dips. The measure of success is not training completion — it’s platform usage three months after go-live.
Tell us where you are in the project. If you’re pre-launch, we’ll build the training program alongside implementation. If you’re post-launch and adoption is stalling, we can step in and fix it.
Can you run training if we didn’t do implementation with you?
Yes. We regularly step into projects where implementation was done by the vendor or another partner. We’ll review the system configuration, interview key users, and design a training program around how the platform was actually set up.
What if our team is resistant to the new platform?
Resistance is normal and almost always predictable. We identify it early through stakeholder interviews and usage data, and we address it directly — by adjusting training, running one-on-one sessions with key resistors, and showing people how the tool makes their specific job easier.
Do you provide training materials we can keep?
Yes. All training materials — guides, quick-reference cards, video walkthroughs, and admin documentation — are delivered to you and remain yours after the engagement ends.
How do you measure whether adoption is actually working?
We track platform usage metrics (active users, workflow completion rates, contract cycle times) against the baselines established before go-live. We report monthly and adjust the program if adoption falls below agreed targets.
